The author has beautifully expressed and explained each chapter and points out how solution to our problems is simple and right in front of us!

The author ✍️ Debra Joy EkLove is based in Toronto, Canada. This is her debut e-book with many more to come. For over 20 years, she has been working with people to help overcome stress and negative emotions. In her career as a body-centred psychotherapist, She has helped people identify pains that are from emotional experiences, and remove them from their bodies, to have freedom of movement and freedom of thoughts.

MEET DEBRA JOY EKLOVE

I've always been interested in what makes the world go round. Coming from a business background, I studied commerce and economics.  Studying the economics of education and health focused my work wanting people to be as happy and healthy as possible.

After a shocking experience, my focus shifted to experience the many energies that impact us. Crucial is learning not any energy, but the energy of Love is the source of Life. 

I trained in shiatsu and energy medicine, and had a private practice in body-centered therapies.  I now teach the SKY breath meditation, yoga, Ayurveda and Sahaj Samadhi meditation.

As a musician, singer and composer, I love to share our Sound, so we are experiencing our and others' vibrations as a vital force for wellbeing. 

Writing gives me the chance to share with you how you can experience inner peace and inner well-being.
